I always keep in mind that, at the end of the day, both sides want a deal to happen. I take on complex issues that would typically derail a transaction and distill them down to the elements that truly matter so we can all cross the finish line. Clients say my ability to resolve impasses and points of contention in a very efficient, client-focused way sets me apart from other attorneys.
Jason Comer represents national and international clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial real estate matters, including complex joint venture transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, preferred equity investments and mortgage and mezzanine loan originations and restructurings.

He represents these entities in matters involving a variety of multifamily, hotel and hospitality, office, retail and industrial assets. Additionally, Jason counsels clients in general corporate and financing matters and in significant bankruptcy and restructuring issues.
With a global practice as well as experience as counsel at a prominent international law firm, Jason handles transactions involving properties located throughout the United States, Europe, South America and the Caribbean. He enjoys maintaining a diverse and broad practice where he encounters something new every day and each transaction and deal is unique.
