Litigation Legal Assistant (Jacksonville, FL)
Adams & Reese is seeking a team-oriented, tech savvy, self-starter who is inquisitive and client focused to support litigation attorneys in the areas of construction, bankruptcy, and governmental relations in the Jacksonville, Florida office. Primary responsibilities include calendaring; scheduling; E-Filing and E-Recording; document editing, style, formatting; some time entry; processing invoices and expenses, and reviewing attorney billing. At least three years’ experience supporting multiple attorneys in a litigation practice.

Billing Specialist (New Orleans, LA)
Adams & Reese is currently seeking a full time Billing Specialist. This position is responsible for managing and processing client bills with the attorneys and their staff utilizing the Firm’s billing platforms and facilitating electronic billing submissions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate with attorneys, staff and clients to generate, distribute, edit, and finalize legal bills through various billing formats, including a paperless prebill software system.
- Facilitate resolution of e-billing issues.
- Prepare reports and materials necessary to track billings.
- Maintain master client files in the Elite Legal Billing system.
- Perform additional billing duties as assigned by the Billing Manager or Regional Office Manager.

Marketing Coordinator (New Orleans, LA)
Adams & Reese is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications Team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality support to the Director of Marketing & Communications and help reduce operational lift for the Marketing Specialist, Strategic Communications & PR Manager, and Marketing Technology Manager. You’ll be hands-on across social, email, CRM, internal communications, and reporting – bringing sharp writing skills, strong judgment, and calm execution in a fast-paced professional services environment. Responsibilities include scheduling and publishing posts across firm social channels; verify copy, links, tags, creative, accessibility, and UTMs; maintaining the social content calendar and supporting timely campaign activations; uploading and maintaining CRM contacts; ensure data hygiene, segmentation, and privacy-preference compliance; building, proofing, testing, and deploying announcements and newsletters; validating links and coordinate approvals; tracking email performance and supporting list optimization; drafting, editing, and distributing internal communications; manage approvals and distribution lists; assisting with digital campaign execution, creative coordination, and performance snapshots, and producing operational dashboards and reports; maintain calendars/trackers; support meeting prep, notes, and follow-ups.
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience); 1-3 years of marketing or communications experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services setting. You bring exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency; comfortable working with social media tools such as Sprout Social (or similar), CRM platforms like InterAction, HubSpot, or Salesforce, email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Vuture, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact; design programs such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva, and website CMS platforms. You have working familiarity with accessibility and SEO fundamentals, and you’re comfortable with basic analytics and routine reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is expected; manage multiple projects and deadlines with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and communicate professionally with attorneys and staff at all levels.
