  • Trust Specialist (New Orleans, LA)

    Adams & Reese has an immediate opening for a full-time Trust Specialist. This position will work in our New Orleans office Monday through Friday providing support, as needed, to all locations within the firm’s footprint.  Prior law office or banking experience is ideal as well as being detail-oriented, organized, self-sufficient and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


    • Manage and process all requested trust transactions submitted daily by various staff and attorneys.
    • Prepare and enter outgoing wire requests and inter-bank transfers via an online banking system.
    • Review trust bank activity to ensure all incoming and outgoing trust transactions have been properly accounted for. 
    • Compose routine correspondence and emails, as needed.
    • Provide supporting trust records to partners, associates and other legal staff as requested.
    • Photocopying, scanning, and saving documents to cloud-based file management system.

  • Billing Specialist (New Orleans, LA)

    Adams & Reese is currently seeking a full time Billing Specialist.  This position is responsible for managing and processing client bills with the attorneys and their staff utilizing the Firm’s billing platforms and facilitating electronic billing submissions.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Coordinate with attorneys, staff and clients to generate, distribute, edit, and finalize legal bills through various billing formats, including a paperless prebill software system.
    • Facilitate resolution of e-billing issues.
    • Prepare reports and materials necessary to track billings.
    • Maintain master client files in the Elite Legal Billing system.
    • Perform additional billing duties as assigned by the Billing Manager or Regional Office Manager.

  • Desktop Support Specialist (Nashville, TN)

    Adams & Reese is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide support to local and remote users and to maintain equipment used to provide client services.  Responsibilities include providing phone, remote access, and desktop support of Intel based hardware and software systems; track assigned tasks throughout problem solving life cycle using the firm’s Service Desk ticketing system;  and maintain accurate and timely service tickets;  perform basic printer services; assist in new hire computer setup, configuration and authentication and serve as a communications focal point between users and second level engineers.  Employees in this position work in the office, five days per week.  A background in support of windows-based software applications and operating systems including MS Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2016/O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Teams) and antivirus products.  Minimum 5 years of helpdesk experience required.  A+, MCP, or other full industry certification a plus.  A+ and Network Essentials certification is preferred within one year of employment.  Occasional travel required to deploy firm-wide projects.

  • Business Development Manager (Any Office)

    Adams & Reese is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive strategic growth and revenue generation within our corporate and financial services sector. As a key member of our Business Development team, this individual will identify and cultivate business opportunities, manage client engagement strategies, and optimize marketing initiatives to strengthen our market positioning. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to think critically, and be a proactive, results-driven professional with strong communication skills, exceptional project management expertise, with the ability to develop and execute business development strategies that align with the firm’s long-term objectives. The Business Development Manager will support the Real Estate, M&A, and IP teams within the Corporate Services Practice Group and the Bankruptcy, Regulatory, and Financial Services Teams within the Financial Services Practice Group, leading business development efforts under the guidance of the Director of Business Development, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and the Practice Group Leaders.

    Responsibilities include conducting in-depth research on industry trends, market opportunities, prospective clients, and competitors to align strategic initiatives; developing and implementing tailored individual business development plans; providing one-on-one coaching sessions for attorneys to assist in reaching their business development goals; collaborating with senior leadership and key stakeholders to craft impactful client engagement strategies and business growth initiatives; working closely with practice group leaders to strategically design and implement business plans for targeted practice areas; managing and maintaining a client and prospect database of activities, partnerships, and market penetration efforts; leading the Chambers submission process for nominated attorneys within the Corporate and Financial Services Practice Groups, and collaborating with the Marketing team to plan, attend and/or implement industry conferences, networking engagements, and thought leadership forums.

    Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, communications, or a related field; minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or client relationship management within corporate or financial services; exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills to support pitch materials and external communications; strong analytical, research, and data-gathering skills to drive informed business development strategies; and ability to manage multiple projects with precision, adaptability, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HubSpot and Thomson Reuters WestLaw are an advantage.
