Adams and Reese has awarded two pro bono scholarships to Ole Miss Law School students Mitchell Thomas and Kaitlyn Tucker in recognition of the students’ pro bono work. Thomas and Tucker received $625 each in scholarship money.

In keeping with the firm’s philanthropic and service-oriented culture, Adams and Reese annually awards deserving Mississippi law students who have been selected for having demonstrated a commitment to the community through voluntary pro bono efforts by assisting the indigent while in law school, and for showing promise in developing and continuing a tradition of pro bono service throughout his and her legal career.

At Adams and Reese, the firm's pro bono policy requires that every lawyer in the firm annually perform a minimum of 20 hours of pro bono work. In the last five combined, Adams and Reese attorneys have performed a total of 30,000 pro bono hours and the firm was ranked No. 142 in American Lawyer rankings of the Top 200 pro bono firms in the country.
