Adams and Reese is excited to announce their Tampa-based team has moved from the Bank of America Building to 100 North Tampa Street, where they will occupy over 13,000 square feet comprising the entirety of the 40th floor atop the Regions Building. This commercial office tower is located downtown, next to the Riverwalk, nestled between Ashley Drive, Tampa, Washington, and Whiting Streets.

Officially the tallest structure on Florida’s west coast, 100 North Tampa rises over 579 feet above mean sea level with impressive views overlooking the water and city. Located in the Central Business District, the tower boasts timeless architecture and is one of the most recognizable landmarks in Tampa’s skyline. Further, the new Adams and Reese space incorporates their signature lounge and will offer access to a 40th-floor outdoor terrace, providing spectacular views for tenants and guests.

The new layout advances client service across Adams and Reese’s 16 offices in the Southeast and Washington, D.C. with its state-of-the-art technology.

“We are thrilled to begin 2022 with our move into a new, modern space that will transform the way we work,” added Eric Partlow, Partner in Charge of Tampa. “Utilizing advanced technology, this space, designed with the help of ASD|SKY, creates efficiencies for our team and facilitates seamless operations to improve our mission of excellence in client service. We look forward to hosting clients, friends and welcoming future team members at our new home.”

Ed Taylor Construction oversaw the build-out of 100 North Tampa. The tower features 40-foot granite arches that frame the building entrances; a 24-foot clock tower by Edward D. Stone, Jr. and Associates (EDSA); a northern and southern facing radius design that provide panoramic views of the city and Tampa Bay; a Gothic-style green standing seam metal roof; and an exterior of Polished Rosa Dante granite and pewter tinted reflective glass.

Tom Hooper of JLL represented Adams and Reese in the lease negotiations.
