Adams and Reese Named a Best Place to Work in Baton Rouge

Adams and Reese is pleased to announce the firm’s Baton Rouge office has been named to the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report’s list of “Best Places to Work” 2018.

“Best Places to Work” was created in 2014 to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Baton Rouge. The annual list is a project of the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report, the Greater Baton Rouge affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Best Companies Group.

Companies from across the region entered a two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Baton Rouge. The first part consisted of evaluating each company's workplace policies, practices and demographics, worth approximately 25 percent of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience, worth approximately 75 percent of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Baton Rouge and also analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.

A complete list of companies mentioned in this year’s list was published in a special edition of the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report, and honorees were recognized at a breakfast September 25.
