The law firm of Adams and Reese LLP received the 2014 Louisiana State Bar Association Human Rights Award, given by the LSBA at the Association’s annual meeting held June 5 at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, in Destin, Florida.
Adams and Reese received the award for the firm’s diversity efforts and for promoting diversity in the legal profession. Adams and Reese Diversity Committee Chair Jaimmé Collins attended the LSBA Annual Meeting to receive the Human Rights Award on behalf of the firm.
“We are very proud of our diversity efforts here at Adams and Reese, and we thank the LSBA for recognizing our ongoing commitment to diversity in the legal profession,” Collins said. “The diverse backgrounds, experiences and talents of our attorneys, advisors and staff, enhances our service to our clients, and it improves the lives of both our employees and the communities in which we work and live, and we are continually working to promote diversity awareness, both internally and externally.”
This is one of several diversity awards that Adams and Reese has received in the last several years recognizing the firm’s diversity efforts.
