Mark Beebe Adams and Reese congratulates Partner Mark Beebe on a successful year as 2022-23 Board President of the International Association of Defense Counsel and for that leadership and service, he received DRI’s John R. Kouris Presidential Award as IADC Past President.

DRI is the sister organization of the IADC and through its annual awards, the organization recognizes peers for their professional contributions to, and achievements on behalf of, the defense bar and civil justice system or their involvement in community and public service.

The IADC is a preeminent invitation-only global legal organization for attorneys who represent corporate and insurance interests. Adams and Reese has a history of leadership in the IADC with four of the firm’s attorneys previously serving as IADC president: Ford Reese (1969-70), Henry “Bernie” Alsobrook (1986-87), Eddie Rice, Jr. (1995-96), and now Mark Beebe (2022-23).

Beebe, a Litigation Partner at Adams and Reese, has been a member of the IADC since 2002. He has been on the IADC board since 2013. He has served with the organization’s board as liaison for regional meetings, and as a member of the Think IADC First initiative, Under-45 Task Force, and IADC committees, including Social Justice Pro Bono, Medical Defense and Health Law, and Class Actions and Multi-Party Litigation. He has served on the Nominating, Membership, and Centennial committees, and as a faculty member of the IADC’s Trial Academy.
