Adams and Reese Partner Brad Lampley appeared on a recent episode of the Chit-Chad podcast, where he discussed aspects of growing up in a football family, his time playing football at the University of Tennessee (and how his son has followed in his footsteps), and his leadership roles at Adams and Reese and as co-chair of the Music City Bowl.

At Adams and Reese, Lampley serves as legislative counsel to businesses and trade associations with interests before the Tennessee General Assembly and Tennessee state government. He also has extensive experience advising national and multinational companies on economic development matters, negotiating state and local incentive packages for companies that wish to relocate their businesses to Tennessee.
Lampley is very active civically as well. From 2013-2018, and at the request of Governor Bill Haslam, Brad served on the Board of Trustees of his alma mater, the University of Tennessee. He has also served on the board of directors of the Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl for over 15 years, during which time the bowl has grown dramatically in prominence in the college football landscape, now drawing an average economic impact of more than $23 million per year for the Nashville area. He served as the bowl's Chairman in 2011 and 2012 and just completed his second term as the Bowl's Co-Chair.
Lampley also serves on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame, and in 2019 was reappointed to that board by Tennessee Lieutenant Governor Randy McNally. He also serves on the board of the Delta Dental of Tennessee and is currently the Chairman of the Board for the Smile 180 Foundation, the charitable foundation for Delta Dental.
In college, Lampley played offensive tackle for the University of Tennessee Volunteers’ football team, where he was a member of Hall of Fame Coach Phillip Fulmer’s first recruiting class and was part of one of the winningest senior classes in Tennessee football history.
