Adams and Reese Partner and Construction Team Co-Leader Trent Cotney attended the 2023 International Roofing Expo (IRE) conference earlier this month, where he was interviewed by RoofersCoffeeShop following his 2023 Roofing Influencer appointment.

In his interview, Cotney details the best methods to mitigate risk for contractors in this new year, and the types of businesses certain workers should avoid. He further explains the importance of maintaining up-to-date safety requirements in the workplace: “Be engaged in that process and that culture of safety. That’s really where you start. It’s the trench you fall back into when there’s a problem and you would work out from there. I really encourage everybody to use this first quarter to take the opportunity to make sure they’ve got the right stuff in there.”
