Public finance attorney David Wolf was interviewed in The Bond Buyer in a story highlighting his role in redrafting Louisiana's local bond financing law.

David is the primary author of Louisiana’s new Consolidated Local Government Public Finance Act, which became effective August 1, 2018. This is the first significant overhaul of Louisiana’s local government bond laws since the early 1980s, and until now, no law uniformly provided that interest on Louisiana local government bonds was exempt from state income taxes. This act consolidates all of the many local government finance laws in Louisiana into a single streamlined, modern and comprehensive law.
