At the 2018 annual meeting of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) in New Orleans, Don McKinney became Chair of the organization's Ethics and Professionalism Committee. The committee’s mission is to advance, improve and promote ethical standards and professionalism in the trial bar in all its aspects in both the United States and Canada.
