Lucian Pera presented at PLI's TechLaw Institute 2019: The Digital Evolution, in both San Francisco and New York. The event focuses on the future of law firms relating to technology, providing attendees with the knowledge they need to effectively represent clients and manage firms in a new digital age.
Lucian's talk, "Evolving Legal Ethics: Portable Devices, the Cloud and Social Media," provided insight on managing the ethical risks of operating in the cloud, protecting client confidentiality and minimizing risk with mobile devices and apps, managing ethical concerns of social media and reviews sites, cybersecurity concerns and risk management issues of operating in the cloud. He was joined by co-presenters Pamela Bresnahan in New York and Kendra Basner in San Francisco.
