The Adams and Reese Nashville office participated in a “Find Your Cause” event on Thursday, October 16, as the Fifth Third Bank’s Young Professionals’ Network put on an event to showcase local nonprofit organizations and promote community involvement through board membership and volunteer opportunities.
A group of nonprofit organizations, including Junior Achievement, Nashville Children’s Theatre, Nashville Humane Association, Project Return, Safe Haven and Sports 4 All, each took a few minutes to present a brief overview of what they do and then allow time for attendees to walk around and network with the organization of their choice in hopes of matching individuals to the organization they’d like to serve.
The Adams and Reese employee volunteer program, HUGS (Hope, Understanding, Giving, and Support), was founded in 1988 and has since devoted financial resources and thousands of volunteer hours to offer assistance to those in need. Every year throughout Adams and Reese’s regional footprint, employees donate time, money and supplies to more than 200 community organizations in need.
