Kristina Montanaro Schrader has been named the Chair of the International Trademark Association's (INTA) Anticounterfeiting Committee (ACC) United States Subcommittee. In this role, Kristina becomes part of the ACC leadership team, joining eight other global subcommittee chairs to lead the nine Subcommittees of the ACC.
With over 320 members globally, INTA’s ACC is dedicated to the enforcement of anticounterfeiting procedures worldwide. ACC members are responsible for the evaluation of treaties, laws and regulations with respect to anticounterfeiting and enforcement. Members also develop and advocate strong policies to protect against infringement and promote enforcement education.
