Following a judge's ruling that a Memphis utility must rehire a worker who was fired over social media posts, Lucian Pera spoke with ABC-24 in Memphis about the First Amendment rights of employees on social media. 

"Tennessee is what we call an at-will employment state, which, within certain limits, means you can be fired for a good reason, a bad reason, or no reason at all," said Lucian, who addressed the potential pitfalls of social media posts in a news story on the case.
