For the fifth consecutive year, the Adams and Reese Media and Entertainment practice was ranked in Band 1, or the top tier, in the Chambers USA 2014 edition in the state of Tennessee, as through interviews with clients and peer attorneys, Chambers lists and ranks firms in practice areas across each state.

The Chambers 2014 directory says the Adams and Reese media and entertainment team is best known for being “a boutique practice with prime position on Music Row in Nashville, representing clients both nationally and internationally and offering multidisciplinary support in areas such as labor, litigation, trademarks and taxes, among others.

In addition to the practice area being ranked in the top tier, two of the firm’s Tennessee attorneys were ranked as “Leaders in their Field” in Media and Entertainment, including Linda Edell Howard and Lynn Morrow.

The Chambers directory also said about Edell Howard and Morrow: “Linda Edell Howard has an excellent reputation as a transactional lawyer. Peers note that she "navigates difficult issues for some good clients across the country." She offers extensive experience and expertise in new media, IP and technology matters. Lynn Morrow offers an impressive combination of litigation and transactional skills, and is particularly active within the Christian music industry. Sources say: "She can look at an issue and see what needs to be done."

The editors and researchers with Chambers and Partners annually conduct thousands of in-depth interviews with clients and attorneys in order to assess the reputations and experience of business lawyers in 175 countries across the world. In compiling the 2014 edition, close to 5,000 interviews were conducted to decide whom to include in the guide, which is based solely on market recommendations.
