Adams and Reese Sarasota Partner David Boyette has been appointed to the Corporate Board of the Pines of Sarasota Rehabilitation and Senior Care Community. Boyette is one of two new members appointed to the board in 2017. The all-volunteer board is responsible for the general operating policies of Pines of Sarasota.
Pines of Sarasota is a 25-acre, not-for-profit rehabilitation and senior care community that provides compassionate short-term and outpatient rehabilitation services, skilled nursing, memory care, assisted living and educational programs for seniors and their families in order to help enhance their quality of life.
At Adams and Reese, Boyette is a litigation partner who joined the firm in 2010 following its expansion into Sarasota. Practicing law since 1989, Boyette handles business litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation, ad valorem tax litigation, and trusts and estate litigation. He represents contractors, real estate developers, realtors, financial institutions, homeowners associations, condominium associations, trustees and individuals, and businesses.
In the community, Boyette is an active member of the Sarasota County Bar Association, Florida Land Title Association, Community Associations Institute and the Incarnation Catholic Church.
