Phil Franco has been named a recipient of the Louisiana State Bar Association's 2021 Century Club Award. This honor recognizes Louisiana lawyers who complete more than 100 hours of pro bono service in a year. As a recipient of this high honor, Phil is recognized among lawyers leading the charge to ensure equal access to justice.
