Adams and Reese Partner Roscoe Green has been selected for Engineering News-Record Southeast’s 2023 “Top Young Professionals,” recognizing emerging business leaders for their professional and civic contributions to the construction industry.

Green will be one of 20 honorees profiled in the January 2023 edition of ENR Southeast, showcasing the career each professional has built that earned the title of “Top Young Professional.” The 20 honorees were chosen from nearly 100 applicants.

Green, a construction law attorney in the Tampa office, is one of the leading members of Adams and Reese’s nationally ranked construction law practice that is also one of the largest construction practices in the country, serving clients in 21 cities in the south, southeast, and Washington, D.C. In addition to practicing law, Green is a former Florida Certified General Contractor, previously working with a construction management firm in commercial and institutional construction, giving him a foundation to now navigate the complex legal disputes that face his construction clients.

In 2006, Green earned his B.S. in Construction Engineering from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (Florida A&M). Following a career in the construction industry, he earned his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2014.

Green’s latest ENR honor joins previous distinctions by peers and clients among Florida Super Lawyers® Rising Stars; Florida Trend “Legal Elite Up & Comer”; Tampa Magazine “Top Lawyers in Construction Law”; and Chambers & Partners “Diversity & Inclusion Awards”, shortlisted for “Minority Lawyer of the Year.”
