Adams and Reese Anticounterfeiting Team Leader Kristina Montanaro Schrader has been elected Vice Chair of the International Trademark Association (INTA) Anticounterfeiting Committee for the 2024-2025 term.
Schrader was formally elected at the INTA September Board of Directors meeting. She has held leadership positions within the INTA since 2020, formerly serving as U.S. Subcommittee Chair for the Anticounterfeiting Committee. She presently serves as Chair of the Anticounterfeiting Policy Global Project Team and Anticounterfeiting Guide Editor on INTA’s Publications Committee.

Schrader is a frequent speaker on issues related to IP enforcement, payment processing and the growing incidence of infringement on the dark web. She has directed public awareness campaigns for consumers and conducted training sessions for law enforcement, the financial industry and online marketplace personnel.
