Adams & Reese Expands its Nashville Office at Broadwest Tower
Published: Apr 10, 2026
Adams & Reese has signed a 5,500-square-foot lease at Broadwest Tower, a premier mixed-use destination connecting Downtown and Midtown Nashville. The new 17th-floor office space expands the firm's existing footprint in the building and supports its strategic growth in the Nashville market.
"Adams & Reese is happy to be part of Nashville's thriving business community. As our office continues to grow, Broadwest offers the modern workspace and convenient location that our team needs to succeed," said Gif Thornton, Managing Partner at Adams & Reese. "The building's walkable surroundings, top-tier amenities, and proximity to Nashville's key business and entertainment hubs foster a dynamic environment that supports both collaboration and client engagement. We're excited to contribute to the energy and momentum that drives Nashville forward."
In recent years, Adams & Reese has strengthened its presence in Nashville through key lateral hires and the expansion of its litigation and crisis management practices. The new Broadwest Tower office space broadens the firm's regional presence, supporting its current attorneys and staff while providing room for future hires and expanded services. These continued expansion efforts will further establish the Nashville office as one of the key hubs within the firm's national platform.
Commercial real estate services and investment management company, JLL, facilitated both sides of the transaction, representing Adams & Reese and Propst Development as the landlord. The company's Project and Development Services division will also manage the space build-out.
