Ashley Harbin Selected for Leadership Tennessee NEXT Program

Adams & Reese Nashville Partner Ashley Harbin has been selected as a representative for the Leadership Tennessee NEXT program. Ashley, a member of Adams and Reese’s Intersection of Business & Government practice, is one of 33 emerging leaders from 13 counties across the state chosen to participate in this year's class.

Ashley is a seasoned government relations advisor, counseling clients on public policy and advocacy at the state and local levels. She excels at addressing complex legislative challenges, guiding clients across a diverse range of industries, organizations, and trade associations. She previously served as Policy Advisor and Legal Counsel to Tennessee Senate Majority Leader Jack Johnson and as Director of Finance for the Tennessee Republican Party. 

Leadership Tennessee NEXT is a statewide leadership development program designed for rising professionals who are committed to strengthening their communities and shaping Tennessee’s future. The program brings together a diverse group of leaders from across the state to build cross-sector relationships, engage with pressing policy issues, and develop the skills needed to drive meaningful change. Through a series of immersive sessions, participants explore topics including education, economic development, health care, and civic engagement, gaining a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing Tennessee.
