Rogers to Serve as Co-Dean at CLM’s 2025 Claims College School of Construction

Adams & Reese Partner Jannea Rogers will serve as a Co-Dean for the Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance Claims College School of Construction.

The CLM Claims College will take place Sept. 3-5 at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor in Maryland. Rogers will serve as co-dean alongside Lee Wright, the VP of Casualty Claims for Tokio Marine HCC. (Click here for more information)

Every year, the CLM brings together the industry’s top professionals to teach courses within their areas of experience in the college’s specialty schools, including Casualty Claims, Construction, Cyber Claims, Professional Lines, Property Claims, Transportation, and Workers Compensation. Attendees earn CE/CLE, gain insights from instructors who have concrete experience and plenty of stories to share, and work towards a well-respected professional designation.

Rogers is a Partner in the Adams and Reese Mobile office, and a leading member of the firm’s construction team, ranked among the largest construction practice teams in the nation by Construction Executive with close to 100 attorneys licensed in more than 35 states.

For 35 years, Rogers has advised and represented clients throughout the Southeast in various practice areas, including construction law, and civil and complex commercial litigation. Rogers is ranked by clients and peers among the top construction lawyers in Alabama by Chambers USA. Within her construction practice, she represents owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and materialmen in disputes related to defects in construction as well as personal injury claims associated with construction defects.

Rogers is a frequent speaker for legal and industry groups and in-house client seminars on a variety of practice area topics, including construction defect claims, electronic data management, mechanic liens, coverage issues, trial tactics, and legal surveys.

Rogers has the Advanced Claims Professional designation from The Institutes CLM. After acting as a board member for the School of Construction Claims College for CLM for the past five years and as an instructor for the past three years, Rogers earned both the designation of CCP, Certified Claims Professional in Construction from The CLM Claims College School of Construction, as well as CLMP, Certified Litigation Management Professional from the Litigation Management Institute. These certifications were prior to her recent award of Advanced Claims Professional from the School of Leadership.
