Mentorship and Advancement Programs
We believe that our continued strength lies in ensuring that we attract, retain and nurture the very best talent from all backgrounds, and we expect the future demographics, with each passing year, to more closely reflect the global community we serve.

AR ARROW
An acronym for Advancement, Recruitment, and Retention of Women, this group tackles a multitude of issues specific to women attorneys, and provide an additional layer of mentorship and support for our women. Led by Amy Hanna Keeney and Maia Woodhouse, AR ARROW serves as a resource for all women within the firm in all stages of their lives and careers.

AdvanceLaw Diversity Mentorship Program
As an AdvanceLaw member, Adams and Reese participates in the organization’s legal industry diversity mentorship program. This groundbreaking initiative builds relationships between diverse law firm Associates and in-house counsel.

DAAP Program
Our recently launched the Diverse Attorney Advancement and Promotion (DAAP) is designed to enhance and expedite the path for minority and underrepresented lawyers to be promoted to partner and firm leadership positions. We recognize that the road to promotions, partnership, and advancement within a law firm is different for everyone. This program is designed to take an individualized approach to career advancement, and provide the resources and information necessary to effectuate that advancement.

DEI Summit
Every year, our attorneys who are members of groups underrepresented in the legal profession come together for training, education, and to exchange ideas. Our last two retreats were in Nashville and Atlanta, and have included implicit bias training, new perspectives on DE&I, updates on Diversity Committee initiatives, discussions about current issues, and timely conversations with firm leadership.
