John’s civil litigation experience covers all stages of representation, including litigating at trial to arguing motions, deposing parties, conducting discoveries, and settling claims.
Before practicing law, John began his professional career in accounting, further bolstering his current financial services practice. John later earned both an M.B.A. at Stetson University and his J.D. at Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, John interned with an in-house counsel team for a multinational manufacturing company where he researched and procured financial and legal data for assessing the viability of international remedial facilities.
