Niko Maroulianakis is a member of the Adams and Reese Litigation practice, experienced in several areas of law, including general civil litigation, insurance coverage, trucking and transportation litigation, wrongful death and motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, and products liability.

Niko has defended third-party liability claims on behalf of corporate entities, national casualty insurers, and individuals through and including litigation in injury, contract, and tort actions. He has argued hearings on substantive issues, including dispositive motions, and conducted and defended depositions and examinations. He represents clients throughout all phases of the litigation process.

Niko earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude and finishing in the top 8% of his class. While in law school, Niko was a member of the Stetson Law Review where he wrote an article focusing on Florida’s proposed sports gambling legislation. Niko was awarded the highest-grade designation in both his trial advocacy and jury selection skills courses, as well as receiving 4.0 grades in federal civil procedure, complex civil litigation, and criminal law.

Niko graduated from Indiana University with a “highest distinction” designation, earning his Bachelor of Science in criminal justice.

Niko is active in the Florida legal community as a member of the Florida Bar and Sarasota County Bar Association.
