Adams and Reese Associate Jacqueline Feliciano has graduated from Tampa Connection, Class of 2023.
Tampa Connection is a nonprofit providing local business professionals the resources and tools to become active leaders and volunteers in the Tampa Bay community. Each year, a select group of young professionals are chosen to participate in the Tampa Connection class, exposing members to leadership development, social, and community service opportunities.
At Adams and Reese, Feliciano is a middle-market mergers and acquisitions attorney with a niche in the construction industry. Her representation includes assistance with corporate restructuring, formation, conversions, and acquisition planning related to holding company structures. She provides transactional and contractual support to contractors, roofing manufacturers, and distributors in the domestic marketplace and assists clients in buying and selling businesses.
Feliciano has a Certified General Contractor license, Master of Laws in Taxation, and Sale Associate license.
