Cole Braun presents at the 2026 MBA Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Conference
Event Date: May 7, 2026
The MBA Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Conference is one of the premier annual events for legal and compliance professionals working in real estate finance. Each year, the conference draws hundreds of attorneys, compliance officers, and in-house counsel from across the country for an intensive program covering the full spectrum of challenges facing the industry, from regulatory developments and emerging legislation to litigation updates and enforcement trends shaping the mortgage landscape. This year's conference will be held at the InterContinental Miami and will feature a program designed to help attendees navigate an increasingly complex regulatory environment. Attendees will have access to continuing legal education (CLE) credits, interactive peer discussion sessions, and valuable networking opportunities with experienced professionals from across the mortgage industry.
