Cole Braun brings nearly two decades of legal experience to his work with clients in mortgage servicing and financial services. Since beginning his practice in 2008, he has developed broad litigation experience across multiple state and federal jurisdictions. He represents business clients in matters involving commercial litigation, consumer credit disputes, financial services regulatory matters, and insurance recovery and advisory services. Braun is admitted to practice in Tennessee, Missouri, and Illinois, and he holds admissions in several federal district courts, as well as the United States Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Eleventh Circuits. Through his active involvement with the American Bar Association and the Mortgage Bankers Association, Braun keeps his clients informed of developments in financial services law that may affect their businesses.
