Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is reflected at every level of the firm, including our Executive Committee and Practice Group Leaders. We continue to take actionable steps to foster diversity and inclusion within our firm and the legal profession as a whole.
To that end, in 2021, we are implementing additional initiatives at the firm. Among these exciting new endeavors is the Adams and Reese Minority Fellowship Program, a flagship diversity-related program for law students.
As a firm, Adams and Reese, while focusing on the ties that bind us, will also use its platforms to elevate the voices of underrepresented persons both within our firm and in our communities.
