Robert F. Dyar has joined the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice and Birmingham, Ala. office as an Associate.

Dyar assists with commercial litigation, labor and employment issues, products liability and insurance disputes.

Prior to joining Adams and Reese, Dyar clerked for the Honorable William B. Sellers of the Supreme Court of Alabama. As a clerk, Dyar assisted with drafting proposed opinions and special writings, as well as reviewing petitions for writ of certiorari.

Dyar received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2018. During law school, he served as Senior Editor of the Law & Psychology Review and was also a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board and the Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Team. He earned his B.A. in Economics from Columbia University in 2013.

Dyar is admitted to practice law in Alabama and is a member of the Alabama State Bar’s Young Lawyers Section.
