L. Rev. 223 (2022)) examines certain provisions of La. Code Civ. Proc. art. 966 that were added by the 2015 legislative amendments. Further, it explains how those provisions differ from prior versions of Article 966, highlights several practical issues that the new provisions have caused and potentially could cause since they were enacted, and proposes (yet another) legislative solution to remedy these issues.
