Jim Keith, General Counsel for the Mississippi School Boards Association, will deliver another presentation in the "Hot Topics" series. The April 10 installment on the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will cover the perils of U.S. Department of Labor investigations or costly employee lawsuits under the FLSA. Jim will provide an update on the latest decisions and applications of the FLSA so attendees can learn from court decisions and hear about how FLSA cases have impacted other organizations.
