Join ethics attorney Lucian Pera at The Environmental Law & Policy Annual Review's Green Ethics for Judges event, March 25 at Vanderbilt Law School. Lucian will be joined by three panelists as they deliver a proposal and panel discussion on green ethics. Lucian is the Immediate Past Chair of the Coordinating Council of the ABA Center for Professional Responsibility.
Law professor Tom Lininger will lead the discussion on the benefits of amending the ABA Code of Judicial Conduct to elevate consideration of environmental stewardship, using strategies that include the “precautionary principle” and establishing a duty of scientific accuracy in factfinding.
