The NBA Intellectual Property Committee presented this CLE event on enforcing intellectual property rights using new-fashioned measures against old-fashioned crimes. Kristina participated in a panel discussion, "Intellectual Property Enforcement: Administrative, Civil and Criminal," featuring an attorney-advisor from the Department of Homeland Security, an Assistant U.S. attorney and another in-house practitioner.
