E.L. "Bubba" Henry spoke at an event at the Louisiana State Archives on May 15, "Louisiana's Greatest Generation: America's Last Constitutional Convention." Bubba helped blaze the trail for a constitutional convention to rewrite and streamline the state's constitution. At the talk, he spoke about his book, CC73 Louisiana's Greatest Generation, the Last Constitution, telling the story of how a Cajun governor, a country chairman and bands of reformers and rebels crafted a new constitution.
