Lucian Pera delivered presentations at Tennessee Law Institute (TLI) CLE events this fall. His topics include ethics, commercial law, contracts, business organizations, agency, government law, trade regulation and consumer law, antitrust, bankruptcy and constitutional law.

TLI's events take place at six locations throughout Tennessee, offering lawyers in the state thorough two-day seminars covering topics of interest and relevance. Lucian will present at all six seminars in Knoxville, Nashville, Gatlinburg, Memphis and Chattanooga, and again in Nashville in December.

TLI's Annual Review Seminar, now in its 48th year, has the largest attendance of any continuing legal education program in Tennessee. Lucian is one of TLI's three speakers who analyzes all Tennessee appellate cases, statutes and changes in court rules, as well as various federal statutes and opinions, throughout the year. He and the other speakers review these updates and condense the most important items into a two-day seminar intended to give the Tennessee practitioner the most up-to-date knowledge of critical developments.
