In conjunction with the Association of Corporate Counsel Tennessee Chapter, Lucian Pera presented "MBA in a Half Day," a wide-ranging, one-hour review of the most important developments in legal ethics, the law of lawyering and attorney-client privilege, especially aimed at the daily work of corporate counsel. The program was hosted at Belmont University College of Law.

Lucian distilled practical guidance from ethics opinions and case law from all over the country, including Tennessee, that corporate counsel should know about to protect their clients and themselves and to practice more effectively.

Other seminar topics included emotional intelligence, coaching direct reports and understanding financial statements.
