Sara Valentine will be a featured speaker at the Louisiana State Bar Association's (LSBA) Motions, Motions, Motions CLE seminar, Tuesday, October 22 at the Hyatt Centric French Quarter in New Orleans. Sara will co-present "Federal Practice and Preserving Appellate Rights."
The event, co-sponsored by the LSBA and the LSBA Civil Law and Litigation Section, will cover topics including Daubert motions, summary judgment, writs, motions in the 4th Circuit, motions in Jefferson Parish and more, with speakers from the bench and the bar. Additionally, New Orleans attorney Leigh Ann Schell is involved in this event and serves as the event's co-chair.
