The law firm of Adams and Reese announced today the addition of associate attorney Collin M. Weyand in the firm’s Houston office.
Weyand, a litigator, focuses his practice primarily on insurance coverage, construction litigation and oil and gas litigation. He has substantive experience in insurance coverage litigation in particular.
He has authored a pair of articles, “Morris v. Ernst & Young, LLP: Employees Have the Right to Bring Legal Claims Together” and “Int'l Franchise Ass’n v. City of Seattle: A Blow to Franchisees,” which were published in Corporate Counsel Review.
Weyand holds an associate degree in kinesiology from Trinity Valley Community College and completed his B.A. in economics from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2014. He received his J.D., summa cum laude, from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2017.
An active member of the Texas legal community, Weyand is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association.
