Hadley dives into steps that should be taken prior to a cyber-attack, explaining “The list is by no means exhaustive, and true cyber preparedness is an involved process that should be viewed as a marathon and not a sprint.” Hadley emphasizes that while governments must continue to prioritize their spending and budget items, cybersecurity needs to become a higher priority, as threats of attacks are becoming much more common and severe.
