Building a relationship with a client that knows you have their best interest at heart motivates me. Typically, no one wants to be involved in litigation. The idea that someone trusts you enough to protect themselves or their business is inspiring.

Alec Sedki, practicing litigation in Atlanta since 2002, handles cases primarily in construction and contract disputes, mortgage fraud, and lender financing disputes. In addition, he has significant experience with real estate based issues, such as quiet title actions.

Alec’s clients have a global reach and are faced with legal issues in many states. He has successfully represented those clients before many state and federal courts across the country.

A native of Atlanta, Alec has been active in the community throughout his legal career, volunteering his time to local charities and organizations. Currently, he sits on the Marist Alumni Board and the Beta Psi House Corporation. He is also the former board treasurer of the Georgia Tech Business Network and board member of the Georgia Tech Bar Association.
