The constant evolution of labor and employment law fascinates me, and I am passionate about addressing novel employment issues and solving complex workplace relationships for clients.

Erica Pope is an Associate in the Adams and Reese Tampa office. Erica’s practice focuses on management-side defense, representing employers in various aspects of state and federal court litigation and pre-suit administrative proceedings. This representation involves defending employers against allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour violations, and other related issues.

Born and raised in Gainesville, Florida, Erica graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. After graduating from law school, Erica worked for a boutique labor and employment law firm that first introduced her to labor and employment matters.

Erica earned a B.A., cum laude, in English and a Certificate in Leadership Studies from Florida State University. She was a member of the Garnet and Gold Scholar Society.
