He enjoys working with a variety of businesses and helping them navigate both establishment and growth.

Philip has worked to bring several notable sporting events to the Greater New Orleans area, representing local host committees in their negotiations to bring the 2017 NBA All-Star Game, 2022 NCAA Men’s Final Four, and 2025 Super Bowl to the city. Philip is currently the chairman of the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation.

Philip was appointed by the Conference of Court of Appeal Judges to serve as one of three attorney members on the Louisiana Judiciary Commission of Louisiana. He served on the Judiciary Commission from 2015 through 2019 and served as both vice-chairman and chairman during his term.
