Phil Buffington will present a Financial Poise webinar, "Post-Closing Issues: Buyer/Seller Disputes," on Thursday, November 5.
The program, offered through West LegalEdcenter, covers myriad post-closing issues that a buyer will need to consider, from the purchased business or assets from the standpoint of employees, IT, customers, suppliers, and other areas.
The webinar will also cover issues including purchase price adjustments, breaches of representations and warranties, enforcement of employment-related covenants and restrictive covenants, accounts receivable and collections, and true-ups of final financials.
