Phil Kirkpatrick will speak on a panel discussion, "Inspiration vs. Plagiarism: The State of Music Composition Copyright Infringements," for the Association of Independent Music Publishers on February 24 at the CMA Museum and Hall of Fame in Nashville, Tennessee.
Phil and other infringement litigation music lawyers will discuss the statutes and cases that form the foundation and current state of music composition infringement law. The panel will examine current hot topics relating to intellectual property in music, as well as predictions for this area of law going forward.
