Matt Paxton was quoted in POLITICO about Sen. Roger Wicker (R-MS), who will likely lead the Senate Commerce Committee.
Matt noted Sen. Wicker "has been vocal on maritime issues, as both a member of the Commerce Committee and as the chairman of the Senate Armed Services Seapower Subcommittee."
Matt added, "You can't find a better proponent and supporter of shipbuilding than you have in Sen. Wicker." In addition to serving as Partner in Charge of the firm's Washington, D.C. office, Matt serves as the president of the Shipbuilders Council of America.
