Adams and Reese Partner and Legal Ethics Attorney Lucian Pera will team up with Holland & Knight Partner Trisha Rich to host an American Law Institute CLE webinar on “Legal Ethics Roundup 2023: Current Developments for Every Attorney,” to be held October 18, from Noon to 1 p.m. eastern.
This seminar provides 1.0 to 1.2 hours of ethics instruction, depending on state requirements, in MCLE jurisdictions that accredit live webcasts.
Pera and Rich will discuss developing topics in legal ethics and lawyer discipline, real-world examples on how today’s courts and disciplinary authorities are interpreting the rules of professional conduct, and examine how the rules are being used in claims against attorneys. They will also touch on evolving guidance on lawyer’s professional obligations, how to help mitigate ethical risks, and how to protect your clients’ interests as well as your professional reputation.
