Commercial utilization of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), commonly known as “drones,” is positioned to increase exponentially over the next few years as numerous industries discover innovative ways to cut costs, reduce risks, and increase efficiency using UAS technology. 

At the Louisiana State Bar Association's Annual Meeting and Summer School event, June 5 in Sandestin, Florida, Grant Guillot will discuss the legal issues that will face companies in various sectors, including agriculture and forestry, construction, coastal mapping and restoration, emergency responses, energy/oil & gas, film, insurance, law enforcement, real estate, telecommunications, transportation and logistics and utilities, as well as how they are embracing this exciting technology.
