Amy Hanna Keeney will serve as a panelist at the Leadership Institute for Women of Color Attorneys, Inc.'s 2019 Conference, March 27–29 in Washington, D.C.
For "Stay Woke: Navigating the Ever-Changing Regulatory Environment," Amy and her fellow panelists will discuss the changing regulatory environment across multiple industries and how in-house and outside counsel are required to consider a range of areas when advising clients. The panelists will also discuss recent developments in the regulatory space, including the enactment of the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act and regulatory frameworks such as the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
